ZSnake is a free Snake-based game.
In case you've never played a snake game, here's what it deals with :
You're a snake that can't stop running. You have to eat apples (which makes you bigger) without eating a wall or yourself.
ZSnake is composed of 20 levels (+2 hidden).
Eating "mystery apples" can help you (more points, more apples, more lives...) or disturb you (the snake moves faster, keys are switched...)
ZSnake provides multilingual support (currently English, French, German and Italian).
ZSnake is under the GNU/GPL License.
It is available as a Java Applet and as a Java Application. |

XLogical is a logic game, where you have to group little colored balls together. |
Xlogical is a new logic game, where you have to group little colored balls together. One ball at a time comes out from the "ball generator" and you have to put it in an empty hole in one of the spinners. Once you fill the 4 holes of the spinner with matching balls, the spinner turns off and the balls disappear. You start with 4 spinners, and you get more and more spinners as you progress.
The game has good graphics, sound, and looks great... |

Put a view of the earth from space in your root window. Xearth displays a beautifully shaded model of the earth in the root window, and updates it every few minutes to show the position of the sun relative to the earth. Settable options include orthographic or mercator projections, marking locations of interest, and adjusting the viewpoint. The web page has examples of what xearth can do, including a few more screenshots. |

<p>War is declared !
<p>Have the mascots of your favorite free softwares battle in the Wormux arena. Using dynamite, grenades, baseball bat and others bazookas,... exterminate your opponent in a 2D toon style scenery and a funny environment.
<p>Each player (2 minimum on the same PC or in network battles) controls the team of his choice (penguin, gnu, firefox, wilber,...) and must destroy his adversary using more or less casual weapons.
<p>Although a minimum of strategy is required to vanquish, Wormux is pre-eminently a "convivial mass murder" game where, turn by turn, each member of each team attempts to produce a maximum of damage to his opponents.
<p>Wormux is free (under GPL license) and free (no cash).
