Kelgar is a non-linear, modern role playing game. It plays in the middle ages in a fantastic, unnamed country.
The player can choose from different alternatives when acting.
The world of Kelgar is not perfect, it is in war and you can see the consequences.
It's in Alpha State.
The team consists currently of Rick (Lead Developer) , Corey (music artist + language corrector) Brandon (quest designer) and Michiel (mapper).
We currently need 3D modelers, so if you are interested in working in a small team on a cross-platform role playing game, then send me a e-mail.

<p>First-person shooter game. Modification (partial conversion) of the game Quake 1. Modern reinterpretation recreating all levels from scratch and adding numerous new gameplay elements, new moves, new monsters and weapons. Adds hi-res textures based on the Quake Retexturing project. Fitzquake-based engine runs on Windows and Linux. Inofficial Mac ports have been created by users.

<p>In the vast labyrinth of ARK Island, once elder now Tyrannical Warlord, Lokahndril, has used the island's ancient mainframe entity to create his own army of corrupt androids. R-Blazer, the only survivor of the invasion, infiltrates the labyrinth and uses his foe's own weapons against them!
<p>Battle through the different military installations and vast ruins, all with their own unique enemies, weapons and items. Collect items to power up your abilities to make yourself stronger and more powerful, only then can you put and end to the Warlord's hunger for power!

<p>UFO: Enemy Unknown (X-Com: UFO Defense in USA) is a popular strategy videogame made by Mythos / Microprose, where you take control of the X-Com organization to fight off the alien menace invading Earth.
<p>OpenXcom is an open-source reimplementation of that game, licensed under the GPL and written in C++ / SDL, which was started back in February 2009 by a bored old university student who loves X-Com way too much.
<p>The problem is by now the original game is very old, buggy and dated. So the goal of this project is to bring back the tried and true feel of the original with none of the issues!
